仕事内容  Carry out Tenneco’s control system calibration and system test, process test data and generate test report with limited guidance
 Develop calibration method and update calibration guidelines
 Participate in engine dyno calibration and/or vehicle calibration activities, including extreme environmental test trips in winter/summer/altitude conditions, analyze and process test data and generate test reports
 Continuously optimize calibration parameters and support software troubleshooting events at customer needs both during and after the development phase of a customer project
 Research and interpret the latest regulatory requirements and apply new software function with calibration data in the calibration work;
 Proficient in control logic and calibration process for Tenneco’s control system, able to perform calibration data management
 Closely work with algorithm development engineers and system engineers.
応募要件  Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or Masters with 3+ years – experience in automotive systems or controls is preferred.
 3~5 years working experience in automotive industry as a calibration or controls engineer, diesel powertrain experience is a plus
 Proficient in any calibration tools like: INCA, CAN ape, BUSMASTER, ATI vision or any other calibration tools
 Working knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is not mandatory but highly beneficial
 Native Japanese and good communication in spoken and written English
Always accomplish calibration work in time with high quality, calibration data fulfills the project requirement
 Calibration data managed in well order according to Tenneco’s dataset management process;
 Always following Tenneco’s calibration process and carry out calibration work effectively
 Develop reasonable and comprehensive System test cases
 Deliver test reports or other paperwork with high quality；
 Effective communication internally and with customer, good collaboration with customer engineering groups
