工作内容
⚫ Responsibility:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
1. Provide high quality, prompt office administration management, including but not limited to: Reception; Office Express and Letter; Security; Office Suppliers; Equipment and Inventory; Cleaning and Maintenance Services; Office Decoration; Car Management; Travel Management; IT Support, etc.
2. Purchase and vendor management. Evaluate service vendor’s performance and provide effective and reliable customer services with the Admin budget.
COST MANAGEMENT
Prepare annual administration budgets; Conduct expense claim and provide analysis report as per request; ensure all the actual expenses are complied with the company's direction and guidelines
EXPATRIATES SUPPORT
Provide all kinds of support to expatriates, including but not limited to: visa issue, apartment prepare, business trip support, etc. Ensure them to work safely and legally
DATA MANAGEMENT
1. Maintain records, prepare reports/analysis, and manage systems relative to the work, in line with company's requirements and regulations.
2. Ensure Business License and other certifications timely updated according to the government’s regulations.
PROCESS AND RISK MANAGEMENT
1. Assist Manager to improve and implement all the HR&Admin related policies and processes in line with company’s operation and development, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations to avoid risk for the company.
2. Coordinate various HR&Admin related programs, in order to enhance the organization's human resources and make sure company's smooth operation.
OTHERS
1. Arrange company activities and build up a safe and healthy working atmosphere.
2. Provide other Admin and executive secretary support to management team members as request.
3. Assist other HR and administration programs and activities.
4. Assist manager to coach and motivate team members to achieve individual KPI’s.
