工作职责：
-向高级销售经理汇报，负责所有与质量保证有关的事宜。这包括处理客户投诉，审查和改进投诉流程，管理退货流程等。
-管理客户投诉并评估质量问题类型。进行检查并编制分析报告。
-与销售、工厂和/或日本紧密合作解决质量问题。
-及时向销售人员和客户提供反馈。
-建议预防措施，并协助改善与交付或服务问题有关的投诉。
-进行供应商质量评估，协助客户/供应商审核
-维护和更新所有供应商规范和客户批准的规范。
-处理所有客户审核，并对所需文件作出及时响应。

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all QA related matters. This includes handling of customer complaint, review and improve complaint process and manage goods return.
- Manage customers’ complaints and evaluate type of quality issues. Conduct inspection and prepare analysis report.
- Work closely with Sales, Factory and / or Japan in resolving quality issues.
- Provide timely feedback to Sales and customers.
- Recommend preventive measures and assist in improving complaints relating to deliveries or service issues.
- Conduct vendors quality evaluation and assist in customers / supplier’s audit.
- Maintain and update all suppliers’ specifications and customers approved specifications.
- Handle all customer audits and provide timely response on required documents.

知识和技能
-专科学历， 2-4年电子或制造业质量管理体系经验， 其中2年以上质量工作经验。可独立工作能承受工作压力。
-有相关质量资质证书
-以客户为导向，具有团队合作精神和人际交往能力
-优秀的沟通和谈判能力（口头和书面）
熟练的电脑操作能力。
良好的英文 日文沟通。


Requirements (knowledge & Skills):
-College’s Degree 2-4 years experiences of manufacturing quality experiences. of which more than 2 years experiences of quality dept. preferably in electric company or factory. Able to work independent and under pressure.
- Familiar with related quality system in factory, having relevant certification.
- Customer’s orientation, teamwork spirit and interpersonal skill to work with various kinds of personalities. 。
- Proven excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
- Good at computer office software.
- Good command of written & spoken English ,Japanese, Chinese.
