Managing product projects Driving and implementing product development program
Leading in NPI, Opportunity screening, strategic direction of proposals, set price strategy based on market and cost data and support final proposal review
Can discuss detail with sourcing team and suppliers for the specification and quality.
Understand the value of the products and come up with the FAB
Market Analysis Customer identification and quantification of market needs , required new products & services .
Good presentation and communication ability to sales team and sometimes visit customer to support sales.
Minimum 5 years experience in Product management,
Basic understanding of business finance
Team player and fast action oriented,
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skill
Capacity to work with global team
Good interpersonal communication skill .
Can work under pressure
