Major duties
-Update regulatory changes and investigate promulgations issued by Chinese authorities (SAFE, PBOC, Tax Bureau, Customs etc.). Based on the information collected, draft reports, prepare presentation materials and explain to clients through email or face-to face meeting.
-Compliance check and assist Relationship Managers to develop cross-border banking products.
-Maintain good relationship with Chinese government authorities (PBOC, SAFE, Tax Bureau, Bureau of Commerce etc.) and seek for potential cooperation opportunities.
-Advice on China and Hong Kong investment strategy, taxation, customs, foreign exchange regulation, re-invoice, and company restructures (M&A) etc.
-Business matching for Japanese enterprises and China/HK MNCs.
-Co-ordinate with external clients and internal accountants and auditors.
- Investigate and advise clients’ business flow, business strategies and customs issues.

1、收集中国各政府部门发布的最新情报，为客户提供政策分析寻找新的商机，包括但不限于协助客户设立厂区、开立公司等。
2、推广跨境金融产品，为客户设计并推进跨境资金池、内保外贷、外保内贷等业务。
3、与政府相关部门保持良好合作关系（包括外管局、人民银行、海关、各地商务局、税务局等）。
4、协助客户分析公司面临的问题，从财税、海关、公司策略、外汇等方面问客户提供咨询服务。
4、协助客户合理高效进行资金运用。
5、为日本公司和中资企业进行商务配对。

会计事务所工作经验优先，
咨询行业出身优先，
有过企业咨询顾问经验优先。
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above, with major in Finance, Accounting, Trading or others in Financial / Economics field.
- Proficiency in Japanese is required, while good command of English is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in consultancy / accounting firms / banks.
- Proactive and independent.
- Good team player and able to deliver under pressure.
