∙Lead and direct the country’s IT function to implement strategic solutions/projects that create strong, cost effective and reliable IT service to support the business.
∙Ensure effective delivery of IT projects, on time and within budget.
∙Manage resources capacity and capability to meet the business demands.
∙Effective management of and collaboration with strategic IT vendors ensuring IT activities are aligned with each of the business unit’s goals and priorities.
∙Manage local applications, IT infrastructure and service management in support of business needs.
∙Actively provide effective IT support to the business development function – pre-sales to implementation.
∙Review and enforce IT policies regarding development and procurement of hardware and software according to business needs.
∙Plan and manage IT related training for the company.
∙Create strong relationships with regional and global IT community to ensure maximum leverage of resources / solutions to support local requirements.
∙Actively support the regional/global strategic directions/solutions adoption in country.

Degree holder in IT or related discipline
∙Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience including 3 years at managerial / supervisory level
∙Strong Project Management and analytical skills.
∙Strong business and commercial acumen.
∙Effective communication skills and interpersonal understanding.
∙Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
∙Experience in 3PL/Logistics/Supply Chain industry, MNC environment will be an advantage; while exposure to accounting issues an extra one
