工作内容
1)负责跟进销售订单,包括初期审核、系统录入和收发货处理;
2)与客户联络和确认其他一般事务,如交期协商、洽询处理;
3)与公司其他部门协调,就业务进展状况保持良好的沟通;
4)协助销售经理,完成上级交付的其他事务。
*To be the window person between customers, vendors and forwarders to coordinate the delivery issues.
*To keep track of inbound and outbound shipments and follow up the cargo status.
*To process necessary paperwork in system like creating sales orders, purchasing orders, invoices etc.
*To handle forecast from customers to maintain optimal supply.
*To handle tasks like urgent POs from customer, delayed goods from vendors etc.
*To provide necessary support to other related divisions(sales, finance).
*To communicate with own team members to plan entire delivery schedule from manufacturer to customer
原材料从日本、东南亚、欧洲采购(需英语人才),商品用海运的方式运送给客户(有外贸经验的人优先)。
