Product Development Team Product Manager （经理）

Department: Transaction Banking Division

Roles & Responsibilities:
1, Develop new product and solutions based on the understanding of customer needs
2. Work in partnership with Branches and Colleagues in Business Promotion Group to understand the customer's product requirements and recommend solutions.
3. Work in partnership with Head Office and other TB regional offices to contribute to the development of global products.
4. Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support delivering seamless transactions to the customers. Here departments including but not limited to Operations, Compliance, Planning and System Division.
5. Comply with bank's policy and regulation of authorities.

Skills & Experience:
1, Bachelor and above
2, Japanese or English
3, 5+ years trade/cash product management experience in foreign banks
4, Knowledge of all trade related products and product management
5, Good communication skills and team player

技能和经验：
1、本科及以上学历
2、日语或英语
3、5年以上外资银行贸易/现金产品管理经验
4、了解所有与贸易有关的产品和产品管理
5、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
