【Responsibilities】
1. Collecting formal and informal information of automotive industry related policies proactively;
2. Making policy reports, and share information with related parties (Nissan HQ and joint ventures in China);
3. Government relations maintenance: establish and maintain good network with related authorities;
4. Responsible for team management and contribution, ensure team targets are achieved.

【Qualifications】

1. Fluent Japanese in speaking and writing is must. Fluent English in speaking and writing is highly preferred
2. Bachelor degree or above is must.
3. Engineering related majors are preferred
4. Be cross-functional and cross-cultural to work, be open to show empathy to different views and opinions
5. Be passionate and willing to learn from others and every opportunity
6. Be transparent, be clear, be simple, no vagueness and no hiding
7. Sensitive to environment and policy changing , and focus on competition and continuous benchmarking
8. Good sense of Frugal: achieve maximum results with minimum resources
9. Good communication ability is must

11. Automotive industry related working experience or government related working experience is preferred
12. Experience as a role of manager or team leader is preferred
