Senior Process Engineer Specialty Chemicals- The position is an integral part of the Specialty Chemicals team and plays a critical role in production, risk management, efficiency measures, and process operations. Requires employee to work effectively across the organization and relies on his/her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish agreed company goals.
Responsibilities will include:
• Understanding high purity requirements for Semiconductor customers.
• Ownership of product line and process changes not limited to but including packaging, raw materials, purity changes, new analytical technology.
• Costing projections for new and existing product lines.
• Troubleshooting quality and manufacturing issues from a technical perspective.
• Technical leader for process yields and efficiencies.
• Working knowledge of analytical technologies for the specialty chemical field.
• Seeking ways to increase growth above normal organic growth.
• Communicating clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.
• Working closely with regulatory and safety group to ensure all new products meet existing laws and regulations.
• Ability to lead production and quality teams during corrective actions to meet customer expectations.

•PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from an internationally accredited university.
•>10 years specialty chemical or gas manufacturing experience.
•High level MS Office and fluency in a statistical program such as Minitab.
