工作内容
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Group Head of South HR team to assist in the execution and
implementation of CN HR initiatives in branch.
- Provide professional HR services on staffing, recruitment, C&B policies and
procedures, training, performance management and other HR projects as
assigned to branch.
- Build up and maintain a close working relationship with branch management and
department heads in branch.
- Manage the headcount and personnel expenses budget in alignment with current
and future business streams.
- Provide monthly reports as required with the accurate information for internal and
external parties.
- Work with China Training office on developing, organizing and delivering of
training programs to meet business needs of branch.
- Keep active and effective communication with HR outsourcing vendors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, working experience in banking/financial industry or Japanese
company is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant management experience with at least 3 years in
managerial level.
- Able to work under pressure, independently, result oriented, self-motivated,
responsive and detail minded
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and practices in PRC and branch local
city.
- Experiences with complex people disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.
- Good command of written and spoken English or Japanese.
