1.Be the technical window of the customer.
2.Work with sales & marketing team to introduce storage products and synchronize with customers.
3.Provide design reviews and system integration supports.
4.Work with Qualification Program manager and manage customer qualifications.
5.Support qualification issue management.
6.Perform other related activities which your superior requests

[Educational Status]
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Electronic or Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.

[Job Experience]
3 years or more work experience in HDD factory as Manufacturing Engineering or HDD design or 3 years or more customer support experience

1.Good knowledge of HDD Design, Technology, Quality and Working Processes.
2.Good speaking, listening, reading and writing ability in both English and Chinese
3.Good negotiation skill in both Chinese and English language
4.Good communication skill with lots of communication experience with Japanese and local member
