工作内容
IT Service desk management
Leading support team on day to day activities and liaising with various teams to ensure the service desk operates smoothly.
IT Operational duties
Lead the team to monitor the IT system performance to identify potential issues and resolving issues with a minimum business impact. (VMWare, IBM Tivoli).
IT projects and IT security activities support
Lead the team to manage operating system update, security patches, virus protection updates for Servers, PC’s, Laptops and other network devices where appropriate.
申请条件
1)有8年以上IT相关经验,且有3年以上管理团队经验。
2)熟练ITIL,有金融相关行业或操作过金融项目者优先。
3)英语可以作为工作语言,听说读写熟练
4)有良好的沟通、管理能力
精通以下1~2条。
1. IBM Tivoli monitoring system,
2. VMware ESXi and / or Hyper-V,
3. EMC storage and/or RecoverPoint,
4. Linux OS,
5. Networking protocols including TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP, DNS, and SNMP etc.
