1. Bachelor or above on these Engineering - Computer, Communication, Information Technology, Data Analysis, etc.
具有计算机、通信、信息学、数据分析等工程学科学士以上学位
2. 5 years above project management experience.
5年以上项目管理经验
3. Very strong IT project lead & management ability,strong self-motivation abitility, and good document ability

4. Good communication skills with users, good team work experience with other IT, possitive job attitude, and well performance nature on high pressure or challenge.

5 Well English skills on routine jobs processing, discussion,using Excel, PowerPoint for status reporting and presentation.

6. PMP certification is a must
