工作内容
1. Management of corporate function (Finance, HR, Admin, Legal etc.)
1> Management of all division staffs and their tasks.
2> Improve the service level.
3> Arrangement for various meetings or events including Board Directors' meeting.
2. Financial planning and analysis
1> Provide financial planning and analysis to the management
2> Prepare financial budget and forecasts to complete reviews of results against forecast.
3> Prepare monthly/quarterly/half year and annual financial reports In order to make clear the finance conditions and target of company timely.
3.Keep good communication and promote the share information with other division and shareholders.
4.Make stable the company with fundamental corporate system.
申请条件
Diploma Degree, Master degree is a plus.
At least 5 year’s related experience and 2years as a supervisor
At least financial experience, additionally basic experience of Admin and HR.
