PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a member of local finance team, need to work with other colleagues to process inventory control, costing calculation, fixed assets management, demo machine management, and other related assignment. Good tracking on stock movement.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
 College degree or above, majored in Finance or Accounting.
 Basic knowledge of banking and tax regulations
 Experience of using ERP or accounting system. Familiar with Yong You / Hyperion system is a plus
 Good English writing and reading. Japanese speaking is a plus.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
 +3 years working experience as chief accountant.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Good at using Ms Office.
 Good Communication skills in English and Mandarin. Japanese is a plus.

1.Audit & report on the quality performance of potential new suppliers.
2.Where necessary, develop new supplier performance in line with the quality manual to achieve basic standards.
3.Working closely with the subcontract partner drive improvement plans with the key existing suppliers in region to achieve PPM defect targets.
4.Ensure incoming goods control plans are aligned and updated to reflect supplier quality performance and control quality of supplied parts to the correct standard.
5.Lead corrective action management in the supply base. Ensure all corrective actions are managed and closed off effectively in the required timescales using an 8D approach.
6.Where necessary, lead DFMEA & PFMEA activity to support root cause investigations with suppliers.
7.Work closely with the local purchasing team to secure lowest cost of ownership across commodities.
8.Support QBR process and supplier performance reporting.
