A. To provide legal supports to Sony China and Sony group companies in China. Such legal supports include:
(1) drafting, revising and negotiating legal documents in both Chinese and English (and, if capable, Japanese);
(2) analyzing legal risks and providing practical, effective and solution-based legal advice for daily business;
(3) investigation and research of relevant laws; and
(4) providing training to business members on laws and internal rules.
B. To handle dispute, litigation and government investigation.
C. To establish and update a China-wide governance and compliance structure to ensure the lawful and legitimate operation of Sony China and Sony group companies in China.
D. To implement compliance to Sony China and Sony group companies in China through, among others, communication with management and persons in charge, and training and reminding.

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in law, with PRC bar qualification.
Working Experience: 4 to 8 years of working experience as an in-house legal counsel in a foreign invested company or as a counsel in a law firm.
Language: Fluent in speaking and writing both Mandarin Chinese and English. Japanese language capability is preferred.

(1) finding and analyzing facts and problems;
(2) logical thinking and legal mind;
(3) providing practical, effective and business-oriented legal solutions;
(4) excellent writing skills (including those for drafting contracts);

要求

4.在Linux内核知识精通，熟悉内核源代码。
5.精通领域知识的USB / FS /与非门/优化内核/驱动程序（专攻1或2域）。
6.良好的沟通能力，英语读写能力（CET-6）日本（jlpt-3以上）

1. Provide level 2 support for local B2E applications (e.g. MS Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, Office OCS/Lync, PC support, Exchange etc).
2. Investigate new technoledge in B2E area like Mobile solution.
3. Prepare Monthly report and present to Management.
4. Provide one-to-one support to Top Management (PC/smart phone support).
