①Retaining Fee

The retaining fee shall be paid for the headhunting service. regardless of whether the business is successful or not, the retaining fee will not be refunded.

②Charge of Headhunting Service-Contingent Charge System:

The customer shall pay the agreed charge as per the contract when the case is closed and candidate reports to duty. (The retaining fee shall be deducted.)

③Rate of Service Charge

The charge of Headhunting Service is calculated as 30% of the employee's annual salary in first year. The annual salary includes monthly salary, various kinds of allowances and bonuses etc.
