仕事内容 |
1.Responsible for the project execution for direct and indirect customers in the region; Understand the needs and set priorities, ensure that we are focused on the right customers/ right projects; 2.Work with technical team to provide technical guidance to customers, keep projects moving quickly; 3.Communicate back to HQ on value proposition, progress, status, technical issue; 4.Help maintain price strategy from HQ and close business; 5.Weekly report to HQ about customers, competition, and marketing situation; 6.Work with distributors and agents to ensure projects are moving ahead; 7.Support the business planning and budgeting process with support functions to ensure that resources are allocated optimally and in a way that leads to the achievement of the company’s objectives 8.Handle/cooperate the commercial related issue with the existed customer accounts in the district; グループ会社の浙江華飛電子基材有限公司の業務を主に担当してもらいます。 華飛電子は主に角状シリカ微粉末と球状シリカ微粉末の研究開発、生産、販売を行っています。そのうち球状シリカ微粉末が大部分を占めています。 顧客:住友ベークライト、日立化成などの国際的な主流プラスチックシールコンパウンド企業 勤務地:初めの数か月は上海ベース、その後は日本をベースに活動を想定 競合:DENKA,株式会社龍森、ホソカワミクロンなど |

1. Bachelor degree or above, Chemical or Material background is preferred; 2. Above 3years of sales work experience in electric fillers area, preferred to EMC/CCL/Adhesive area; 3.
