•Procurement for projects, production and companies of the Carlisle group
•Supplier evaluation, pricing negotiation, vendor quality system assessment
•Domestic sourcing, Importation and exportation of chemical products
•Set up vendor database for China sourcing
•Assisting in sourcing materials in China to support our cost reduction programs

•Technical education background, majoring in chemistry is prefer
•A minimum of 5 years experiences in chemical industry, especially with petroleum chemical field
•Good communication and project management skill and ability to work effectively in a team environment with other departments
•Fluent in English, both for spoken and written;
•Good negotiation skill
