Test Manager:
Biz domain is Software Integration Test(IT) or Test Automation.
Manage the team to achieve the goal.
Be the lead role as the bridge to overseas customer and internal customer.
Full Team responsibility to achieve certain organization KPI goal.

Test Manager:
Very good Japanese or English(either should be able to freely oral communicate with oversea clients)
Solid Software programming skill
Solid Software Architecture and Design Skill (better to know well about RUP and other process, methodologies)
5 years Experience on testing project management and testing team management.
