I.Job Summary:
Manage for daily operation of IQE team.
II.Responsibilities: (Please list the daily tasks)
1. Assist dept manager to recruitment and train team members；
2. Manage Lab/Incoming team；
3. According to national/international norm to carry out test and issue lab. test report；
4. Technical support to all incoming & lab. inspector, push Lab. capability improvement；
5. Create relative instruction for inspector；
6. Other tasks assigned by superior.

III. Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, majored in machinery or material engineering;
2. Strong sense of responsibility, good team player. Ability to work under pressure;
4. Experience of product qualification and sheet metal products related test;
5. Familiar with sheet metal/electronic products related national or international standard;
6. Good communication skill, conflict management skill, leadership;
7. Fluent oral & written English;
8. Project & sheet metal manufacturing relevant experiences is a plus.
9. Familiar with Din Standard is a plus.
