 Work with product owners /content project managers or other stakeholders to create, adapt, or update content in English and Japanese to ensure it is:
- Culturally appropriate
- Well-written
- Accurate
- Approved by Compliance/Legal
 Create, adapt and maintain content for the various content channels – Oracle Knowledgebase, eCat system emails and self service channels eg Help Center, IVR, Auto-responders.
 Work with content project managers, PI, and other teams to understand the product features, compliance requirements, risk policies, and operational processes for your markets

Basic Qualifications

 BS/BA in languages, communications, or related field
 Excellent English communication and writing skills
 Excellent Japanese communication and writing skills
 Knowledge about PayPal products and processes is a plus
