The Specialist has overall responsibility for overseeing the work of the on-going Avanade Japan recruiting support team in AEE HR to ensure successful achievement of business goals, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will be responsible for managing the execution of a range of processes within the HR Service Centre to provide consistent high quality support to Japan Avanade in accordance with the following service lines:
•Sourcing
•Resume Pre-Screening
•Telephone interviews
•Interview Logistics
