■担当する業務内容とその魅力・難しさ：年間販売量を毎年10％up.食品に関する一般知識。新規得意先の開拓、営業活動、販促活動の計画作成と実施（販社の指導、得意先の指導）。店頭販売（料理が出来る）。
■出差有，全国范围，至少2-3次/月

1. Job Scope
 Achieve company sales and profit targets of China market
o Grow the business more than 10% for the first 5 years
 Manage a network of China distributors
o Set sales targets for each distributor and ensure that they are achieved by reviewing their performances
o Visit distributors and their markets regularly
 Plan and execute promotions
o Setting price structure and work with distributors to execute promotions
o Work with agents to create promotional items and develop recipes
 Monitoring and analysis of competitor’s activities, pricing and advertising & promotion
 Lead marketing & sales team
