Work Requirement:
1. Ensure the Quality Management System in the production
2. Support the production department in quality functions and tasks
3. Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability
4. Focus on prevention of quality problems, take part in the FMEA team, determine process risks and take actions to reduce the risk
5. Carry out process, product audit
6. Prepare control plan, inspection instruction and submit PPAP to customers.
7. Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area and ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of problem solving

1.男性优先，汽车行业3年以上工作经验。
2，熟悉TS16949,有供应商审查经验.
3. 在APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC 及GD&T有相关经验。
4. 善于分析解决问题 ( 8D, 5-WHY,等.)
5. 英语口语、笔头流利。
6. 长于沟通及冲突管理技巧。
7. 能接受一定出差（1~2日的出差较多，多去大连、无锡、常州、泸州）
Skill Requirement
1. Be familiar with TS16949, experience of supplier audit.
2. Experience in APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC and GD&T
3. Good at problem solving( 8D, 5-WHY,etc.)
4. Fluent in oral/written English
5. Strong interpersonal communication skill
