岗位职责：

联合新产品质量程序确保零件质量
Collect ANPQP document and confirm / approve
收集<联合新产品质量程序>相关文件,然后确认审核
Audit critical supplier to confirm preparing isOK
审核关键供应商以确认一切相关准备就绪
Check the Ramp up status检查增产状态
upplier site/process change management
供应商场所/流程变化管
Non-conformity management不合格品管理
Quick response快速反应
Follow 48H quick response& monitor supplier reply within dead line
遵守48小时快速反应，督促供应商在最后期限前作出答复。
Confirm the 8D report whether meet Nissan standard确认解决问题的8d准则达到日产标准。
Analyze the reason for Recurrence PIR and audit supplier to confirm countermeasur
分析重复PIR的原因，监督供应商确认应对措施。
Outflow prevention损失预
1/G2 sorting effect confirming

Monitor the close rate of sorting at G3 and assure stopping the sorting within requested period

•供应商品质保证管理3年左右或以上经验，必须有制造业经验，汽车零部件行业大欢迎
•有质量改善的分析技术
•良好的自我管理技巧
•能够独立分析质量不过关的问题
•了解工厂质量保证的关键
•知道如何实施并跟进计划来提高KPI
•了解QC七大工具
•了解汽配行业的基本质量标准：TS16949, ISO9001, APQP/PPAP。
能接受一定的出差
具备较强的沟通协调能力，有一定的power，说服能力
