・ 负责公司各类数据库，保障数据库稳定、高效、安全运行，并对数据库进行持续性能优化
・ 负责参与数据库查询分析，参与制定编写规范、代码开发和审查
・ 负责协同运维进行数据库高可用、监控和备份机制的完善，容灾机制，保障数据库服务的持续可用
・ 负责数据库设计的开发支持，参与数据架构规划设计，以及相关业务的数据建模、设计审核等
・ 能够对业务需求和事故及时响应
・ 负责根据项目需求设计并制定数据库解决方案
・ 能协调沟通相关服务商，有效及时处理疑难问题

MUST：Fluency in spoken/written English（CET6 / TOEIC 700 or above）
HOPE：Fluency in spoken Japanese（JLPT N2 or above）
・ Require expert in MySQL and familiar with Oracle database management and performance optimization. At least 3-5 years above DBA operation working experience
・ Familiar with database sharing and DB R/W separation for Oracle or MySQL. NOSQL experience is preferred.
・ Familiar with database disaster recovery and backup, database high availability deployment and performance optimization, and experience in different types of database data migration
・ Familiar with Linux/Unix, be good at SQL programming
・ Has ability to design DB solution for big data and high concurrent requests, huge data architecting experience is preferred
・ Cloud(Tencent, Azure, AWS) PaaS DB management experience is preferred
・ Experience in A party company and Vender management is preferred
・ Experience in Global company with global team is preferred
・ Logical thinking, be able to troubleshoot technical issue independently
・ Good at communication and coordination
・ Able to accept short-term travel (within 1 week)
