工作内容
1.Assist to improve the current talent identification process and build the full talent management cycle including assessment and selection, succession planning, development and movement of talent。
2.Analyzing and Identifying talent development / training needs and creating initiatives/programs to close talent gaps 。
3.Drive talent processes such as Succession Planning, CDP, mentoring, leadership development and learning priorities for Pan-china region in collaboration with group companies' HR。
4.Assist to TMS(talent management system) improvement, support the regional TMS administration, enhance the utilization of the system to support talent management requirements, support the implemantation of performance management events such as target setting, annual appraisal etc。
5.Improve current training program system to enhance the position-based training, level-based training, develop training and development programs coorporating with internal stakholders and external vendors。
6.Searching and evaluating external & internal training program based on the training plan and budget, keeping cost within the budget, using the training funds appropriately。
7.Lead the training team members to develiver training programs according to annual training plans。
8.Implementing regular training effectiveness evaluation and developing improvement plans when necessary。
