1.新车项目管理
熟悉anpqp第1~5阶段，了解从询价到量产的产品开发进度，能够向供应商处理项目启动，定期向日产海外制造厂和ghq的相关联系人反馈零部件安排情况。

2.零件布置
与第三方物流公司和外包物流公司（包括货代）合作，管理从接收到零件到海外工厂的试生产阶段的订单交付。
根据设计变更情况监控零部件规格变更，了解各目标零部件在不同阶段的研发需求，与供应商协调，确保按要求实施设计变更。
根据每个新模型的项目零件清单在初始阶段维护bom数据，确保sop（产品周期生命周期）期间bom参数的准确性（与外包团队合作）。

3.供应风险缓解
能够在整个试验阶段评估风险部件/供应商，安排SRS（供应商风险评估表）与SRM和质量保证团队会面，从质量、成本、开发、交付和服务的角度分析潜在的供应风险部件/供应商。
根据anpqp的要求，在不同的试验阶段处理供应商审核（准备/审核/跟踪）过程，与相关部门（研发，qa）合作，确保供应商为即将到来的sop做好准备。

Project management
 Be familiar with ANPQP phase 1~5, understand product development progress from RFQ to mass production, be able to handle project kick-off to suppliers, regularly feedback parts arrangement status to relevant contact in Nissan oversea manufacturing plant and GHQ.

Parts arrangement
 Manage order delivery of trial phase from receiving to parts arrival to oversea plant, working with 3PL and out sourcing logistic company including forwarder.
 Monitor parts spec change based on design change condition, understand R&D request of each object parts in different phase, coordinate with suppliers to ensure design change adoption execution done as request.
 Maintain BOM data according to project parts-list of each new model in initial phase, secure BOM parameter accuracy (working with out-sourcing team) during SOP (product circle life).

Supply risk mitigation
 Be able to evaluate risk parts/suppliers during whole trial phase, arrange SRES (supplier risk evaluation sheet) meeting with SRM and QA team, to analysis potential supply risk parts/suppliers from quality, cost, development, delivery and service point of view.
 Handle supplier audit (preparation/audit/follow up) process based on ANPQP request in different trial phase, working with relevant department (R&D, QA) to ensure supplier be ready for upcoming SOP.

• Understand logic of BOM construction of automotive parts production.
• Understand in-bond/out-bond fundamental knowledge, be able to manage parts delivery schedule with out-sourcing Logistics Company.
• Be able to handle risk supplier assessment and execute supplier audit in project trial phase, analysis root cause of issue, find solution, and agree countermeasure with supplier, follow-up action plan implementation until issue closed.
