合规需求Compliance operation request
为了更好地参与合理化工作流程和J-sox的制作, 严格遵守公司规章制度并执行相关规则和流程，以及提出改善建议. Based on full understanding about J-sox requirements, strictly observe company regulations/workflow and consider their improvements at any time.

客户满意度Customer satisfaction
为了提供更好的客户服务工作, 提高客户满意度, 创建和谐氛围,积极配合日本/销售/市场及其他部门开展工作， 并能完成任何领导指派的工作。
Cooperation with Japan and other Centers for customer service level up by providing professional services in a harmonious manner，and fulfill all the work assgined by supervisor.

PSI 项目 PSI project
为了更好地提高PSI运转和管理体制,积极参与并给予建议， 包括充分理解以及R/L的更新。
Involve&take part in the whole PSI management scheme, including fully understanding and R/L update.
