・Independently works on and consistently completes in-depth industry, country, and financial statistics level research focusing on quantitative and qualitative requests.
・Manages queue for a global team using the client workflow tool. Clarifies requests, confirms deadlines, prioritizes work and manages client expectations around expected deliverables Assigns requests to onshore staff when appropriate.
・Communicates with the offshore team on a regular basis regarding workflow. Assigns requests to the offshore team (Mumbai and Manila) to complete in a timely manner.
・Uses judgment based on prior experience when choosing resources for deliverables and is responsible for decisions regarding data costs.
・To complete specialized duties or projects as assigned without managerial supervision.

・3-5 years experience producing secondary research and analysis in a business research setting.
・Broad knowledge of standard secondary research sources, financial data services and corporate documents.
・Understanding of global investment banking and capital markets. Familiarity with broader financial institutions and practices.
・Ability to apply source knowledge to research projects that produce complete, cost effective results.
・Ability to interact with senior members of IBD and Market Data groups.
・Communication skills required to confidently deliver and explain research findings to client staff - both verbally and through written summaries and analyses.
・Judgment required to resolve service problems using broad professional knowledge.
・Also required to protect client confidentiality.
・Real time organizational skills required.
・Proficient bilingual capability required:
・Proficiency in Japanese (fluent in Tokyo; or proficient in HK) and English required.

•Extract, format and deliver accurate, complete and relevant results from multiple databases to meet a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative information/data requests for bankers and consultants
•Learn and follow best practices in the areas of market research, financial research, investment banking, etc.
•Interact directly by telephone and/or email with US and UK clients providing high level professional customer service
•Perform basic and complex tasks with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner

-Often have emerging expertise in one or more content areas or categories
•-Make significant contributions to design of analytical approach and work plan, often independently managing aspects of projects and some clients
•-Takes a leadership role in improvement initiatives and activities

商圈调查，定位分析，业态组合，形象设计，建筑规划及方案设计，商场布局，室内环境设计，商业道具设计制作施工，商品陈列，商业管理咨询及服务

针对以上的业务内容进行营业。（新规客户开发占70% 现有的客户维护占30%）其中有日本客户，所以对日语的要求是商务水平

此次招聘内装工程项目经理，主要负责相关项目的全般管理。

1、有在设计及施工单位工作经历或曾主持外企建筑装饰工程项目工作经历者。
2、熟悉整个工程装饰流程；可以独立完成机电设计、审核报价、并懂得一些现代装饰装修构 造及现代办公家具相关构造，能制定完整的工程进度表和工程预算，有现代项目管理及监理工作经验者。
3、熟练使用CAD、Microsoft相关现代化办公软件。
