◆Sales Promotion Management销售促销管理
-With Marketing: Implement new product launches throughout the trade; Drive Brands image in field.
-Liaise with Sales and Marketing to ensure trade marketing programs to be conducted successfully, with efficient trade support.
-To plan, control and evaluate national sales promotion expense by project
-Promotion budget control
◆Promoter Management
-To develop National Promoter Management Manual and standardize Promoter Management training materials
-To develop and track promoter training process
-Promoter resource allocation according to city priority and productivity analysis
◆Trade Promotion Projects
-Promoter performance cell phone platform
-Third party marketing service agency to provide the promoter service
-Tailor-made trade plan by channel, by city…

·Education / Experience
University above, 5 years or above relevant working experience in FMCG.
·Special Knowledge
Sales or Trade Marketing knowledge and experience; Promoter management experience;
·Skill
Can communicate both in written and spoken English, good computer skills (excel, word and power point)
Good interpersonal communication skill
Good presentation skill
Strong Strategic & logical thinking
Data analysis skills
