3) Deliver result through getting support from cross functions and top management by communication and convincing activities and leadership
4) High level business communication with customer to promote products and strategic cooperation with win-win solution
5) Representative of China SUBU business to involve global SUBU strategy definition
6) China business integration for the coming M&A
Scope:
All business activities related with Suspension products in China, such as customer strategy, marketing analysis, team management, new business development, R&D setup, cost competitiveness improvement, new technical products introduction, SUBU financial result analysis, high level customer meeting, global BU business meeting, etc.
Content:
1) Comprehensive experience and knowledge, such as marketing analysis, customer management, macroeconomy, financial etc, to define suspension BU middle-short term business strategy based on global BU long term strategy.
2) Deploy KPIs to team and commit to achieve by multifaceted efforts, including getting support from cross functions and top management by communication / convincing activities / leadership.
3) Proactive risk analysis and action plan to ensure KPI and strategy’s realization.
4) Professional guide and review the team on market analysis, price benchmarking, cost estimating, following quoting process and quoting strategy.
5) Process/responsibility improvement according to OPM concept based on the needs to realize a efficient department or cross-functions collaboration.
6) Commitment to business profit creation and improvement and driving competitiveness by cost/process/R&D localization improvement.
7) Team development for middle-long term to support business growth needs
8) High level customer communication and negotiation
9) Supporting global SUBU sales head in development of business and sales processes and commercial organization standards to ensure global alignment execution in China region.
10) Breakthrough in semi-active product business and localization in China
11) Leading China sales team to support global M&A activities in China
