【主要职责】/Main responsibility
1. 有力领导下属，合理分配工作，有效执行绩效考核等等，以保证下属承担相应的工作的责任及负荷，确保工作效率与积极性。Lead, allocate and conduct daily procurement tasks to subordinates properly and employee performance audit, etc in order to make sure the 2 assistant undertaking and performing positively and efficiently.
2. 负责所有采购方面的工作与流程（寻找供应商、采购、合同准备、供应商管理等）；Managing all purchasing-relevant processes and procedure. (sourcing, purchasing, contracts, supplier management, etc)
3. 负责协助高层新产品研发及新投资项目上的潜在供应商开发，做到协助项目顺利达成并成本控制。Acting as a focal support to top management in projects for further new parts and new investment to develop potential supplier in order to reach accomplish goals and cost control.
4. 持续改善供应商管理，与供应商有效沟通，供应商筛选等，以提高供应商的业务配合度，提高质量与及时供货。Develops continuous improvement activities, oversees supplier negotiations and supplier selection to upgrade supplier performance through improved quality and delivery.
5. 有效管理公司月度，季度以及年度的预算，根据预算规划合理、成分的利用预算资源，做到成本有效控制。Be responsible for controlling the monthly, quarterly and yearly budget according to planning in order to reach the cost control and take fully advantage of the budget.
6.为了保证产品投放阶段部门的高效运作，就磨具评估、产品成本和交付时间，与工程、市场和生产部进行有效工作协调。 Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing and Production teams for product launch’s concerning tooling assessment, product cost and lead-times, etc in order to ensure the whole team is working in an efficient way.

对生产线设备的维护维修、保养工作的统管。
下属6人（未来预计扩展到9人）。
生产设备全部由国外进口，有时需要跟外国的厂家技术人员沟通（英语）。

2,5~10年相关机械设备、生产制造设备维修维护经验。
3，有一定的人员管理、指导经验。

负责产线的人员管理工作。
需要倒班（目前已有4名员工），白班8:00~20:00，晚班20:00~8:00。

1，男性，奉贤本地人。
2，有制造业（尤其机械、金属相关）生产管理相关经验。
3，会英语优先。

工作内容：
零配件的采购，供应商的对应和管理。
