工作内容
daily activites:
1.provide general supporting dutie to sales manager and sales engineer.
2.generate order acknowledgement to customers after the delivery schedule confirmed from the suppliers.
3.monitor the customer orders/delivery status and update the data in SAP upon customers request to ensure on-time delivery.
4.liaise with logistic to follow up order delivery status and orders to meet customer's requirements.
5.process the customers' inquires by email or phone related with company businedd.
6.liaise with the internal and the external(watehouse,purchasing,QA etc.)
7.prepare a sample order in SAP for arranging sample/catalogue to the customers.
8.follow up A/P issues.
9.make/file all documents of shipment,including invoice,packing list and shipping order etc.
10.collect the forecast from each customer and inform related departmengts.
申请条件
1.bachelor degree or above.
2.minimum 3 year relevant experience.
3.proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
4.good knowledge MS office.
5.good command of written and spoken in english.
6.good communication and interpersonal skills.
7.detail-minded and independent.
