2.日语一级，口语流利。英语CET4级以上。
3.8年以上IT系统集成相关工作经验，3年以上管理工作经验。
4.有把控项目的能力，协调好与客户的关系。
具备下述条件者优先考虑：
1.同时具有APP项目实施、管理经验
2.有日企相关工作经验
3.有良好的领导能力、沟通协调能力和文档写作能力
4.良好的团队管理能力并熟悉ITIL、ITSM、ISO27001
5.熟悉系统集成业务招投标等相关业务运作流程及法律法规
6.取得PMP证书者

Job Description:
• Must be a proven leader with extensive experience as a Project Manager who uses their team building, communication, planning and organizational skills to proactively manage software development activities to bring projects in on-time and within budget.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Communicates status and critical path aspects of the project; delivers clear and concise messages tailored to a variety of audiences from individual team members to executive management.
• Establishes and manages realistic and committed project plans; taking into consideration of deadlines, dependencies, resources and costs when making changes and decisions to a plan.
• Proactively identifies and minimizes risks to a project.
• Monitors and drives resolution of issues.
• Provides project leadership for critical initiatives.
• Manages project budget and provides monthly project financial analysis.

Skills Desired:
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Prince2 certification
• Bachelors Degree related to Information Technology is preferred
• A track record of overseeing the project management of multiple projects
• Interactive Television or broadcast technologies experience is a plus
