Job Brief:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to order inventory in accordance with our company’s needs. This will involve researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate order records, including dates, invoices, and discounts. Familiarity with supply chain procedures and the ability to create and interpret cost analyses are important for this role. Your goal will be to make cost-effective purchases while ensuring our inventory remains well-stocked.

Responsibilities
•Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
•Research potential vendors
•Track orders and ensure timely delivery
•Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
•Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
•Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
•Prepare cost analyses
•Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
•Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
•Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

購買アシスタントを募集しています。主な仕事は、当社のニーズに合わせて在庫を発注することです。新しいベンダーのリサーチ、納品の追跡（日付、請求書、割引などを含む）の正確な注文記録の管理などを行います。サプライチェーンの手順に精通し、コスト分析を作成・解釈する能力がこの職務には重要です。あなたの目標は、在庫を十分に確保しながら、費用対効果の高い購買を行うことです。

担当業務
- 在庫レベルを監視し、購買ニーズを特定する
- ベンダー候補の調査
- 注文を追跡し、タイムリーな納品を確保する
- 注文の詳細（日付、ベンダー、数量、割引）を社内データベースに更新する
- 価格動向を把握するための市場調査
- ベンダーからのオファーを評価し、より良い価格を交渉する
- コスト分析の準備
- 請求書や契約書の最新記録の管理
- 必要に応じてサプライヤーをフォローアップし、注文の確認や変更を行う
- 倉庫スタッフと連携し、すべての製品が良い状態で到着するようにする

勤務地：日本（ご自宅からフォロー）もしくは青島（日本へ出張ベースで）
応募要件 Requirements and skills
•Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
•Good understanding of supply chain procedures
•Hands-on experience with purchasing software
•Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
•Knowledge of market research
•Solid organizational skills
•Basic in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
