职能管理 :客户开发,负责冷压和热压市场,售后服务。

业务开发
负责将营业部的数据准确输入SAP系统
在市场寻找新的商业机会、提供报价以及项目开发。
客户和工厂之间的沟通,确保满足客户的要求。
询价
负责同生产部确认生产可行性、回复终端客户的其他问题、同生产部确认生产工序、同代理商确认物料价格并计算报价。
同厂商以及亚洲分区大客户经理确认报价
跟踪询盘
与客户保持联络,必要时重新制作报价单并同管理层确认。
协助议价、客户回访、项目管理。
制定时间表,协调项目启动会议。
和客户之间保持联络并进行跟踪。
解决问题,管理变更(定期的价格更新,提供新的报价给客户),和团队、管理层、生产和其他部门之间的信息交流。
收集商业情报
收集竞争对手和客户方面的信息
会议的参加
同客户的采购部门和技术人员保持联络以及良好的关系
评估客户的需求,将重要问题以及开发计划汇报给高层。
客户的争取以及客户关系的处理

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
Responsible of Commercial department, taking the lead of a specific market for blanking processing and assuring smooth SOPs for customers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Development, Cold and Hot stamping Benchmark. After sales issues.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
Elaborates the individual development plans and the training needs for the commercial department
Business development
Responsible for commercial department’s data & inputs in SAP ensuring quality and accuracy of data.
Seeking for new business opportunity in a given market and answer to RFQs and Project development
Liaising between customer and plant in order to assure a successful SOP fulfilling their requirements
Quote inquiries
Check inquiries for technical feasibility and a location to production side - interface with customer’s end sites on additional questions - define the production process in cooperation with the plant - check material prices with agencies and calculate offer
Validate offer with Plant Manager and Asia Division KAM
Follow up inquiries
Interface with customer follow up, rework quotations if needed, validate with management
Contribute to price negotiations -visit customers

Define milestones and timeline - coordinate kick-off meeting with project management
Interface with customer and follow up
Trouble management on roadblocks and problem solve, manage changes (regular price up dates, new quotation to customer, up-date), information exchange with team, management, plants and other departments
Collect business intelligence
Gather information on competitors and customers
Participate in conferences
Keep up good contacts and relationships with clients’ purchasing department and technical staff
Evaluate the needs of the customers and inform management on key issues and development
Customer acquisition and customer relations
Build up good relationship with customers
Blanking Commercial activities related with the car manufacturers
Commercial negotiations, prices updates, project follow ups, conflict solving, communication optimization
Supporting Steel Purchasing order management and follow up.
Stock control and risks evaluation.
Cost detail collecting and evaluation.

- 本科学历
- 5年汽车行业市场营销经验
- 有汽车板材行业方面的经验更佳
- 英语流利更佳(上司が欧米人(スペイン人))
※主な仕事が外回りなので、自宅より直接顧客訪問後に、会社出勤してもOK

Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years marketing experiences in automotive industry.
- Experience in automotive steel industry will be preferred
- Advance English level preferable
