The following work should be related both TMNCH and its branches.
1. Act as a qualified Legal Responsible Person
(1) Be responsible for checking and providing legal opinions for all insurance clauses;
(2) Taking process for clause filing to CIRC
(3) Coordination with UW and CIRC Products Dept. relating on filing matters.

2. Legal support
(1) Draft, review and modify legal documents;
(2) Provide legal advice in daily work and assigned projects
(3) Work closely with law firm, monitor their work quality and efficiency;
(4) Handle regular corporate legal procedures with government departments, such as Industry and Commercial Bureau;
(5) Keep alert to laws and regulatory documents updates and remind related managers or employees to pay attention to such change of legal environment;
(6) Other legal－related assignment.

要求是30岁左右，男性或已婚已育的女性，持有律师资格证书，最好有海商法相关背景，在律所或保险公司有5年以上相关工作经验（如从事海商法方面的3年以上也可），英语流利，上海户籍或居住证者优先。
