•Extract, format and deliver accurate, complete and relevant results from multiple databases to meet a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative information/data requests for bankers and consultants
•Learn and follow best practices in the areas of market research, financial research, investment banking, etc.
•Interact directly by telephone and/or email with US and UK clients providing high level professional customer service
•Perform basic and complex tasks with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner

Graduate of any business course (Economics, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, etc.)
• With working knowledge of general business and economic terms
• Research-oriented and lateral-thinking mind set
• Ability to adhere to processes and problem-solve
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Team player
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with the following databases an advantage but not required: Alacra, Bloomberg, Factiva, Factset, Hoover’s, ICC Juniper, LexisNexis, OneSource, Perfect Information, Shareworld, Thomson One Banker, Thomson Research, Venture Source
