design the test case based on test conditions
analyze, design and establish necessary environment to ensure the test execution
feedback to test analyzer for new test conditions

SQA Manager (Black-box, Shanghai)
Familiar with test process and test method, work as the product test manger at least 3 years.
Familiar with software life cycle.
Well known the black-box test design method, ability to manage the team to analysis the test requirement and test case structure.
Have the risk based sense and can give countermeasure to each project.
