Purpose of Job
To assist HR Manager with HR generalist role to support business
Recruitment & Selection
1) To screen the applications, score tests, conduct interviews.
2) To help with execute Internal Referral Policy and follow up the referral reward.
3) To be in charge of interview arrangement, including phone interview, face-to-face interview, test, assessment, etc.
4) To handle the database management of job website.
5) To arrange healthy test for potential candidates before signing offer letter.
Performance Appraisal
1) To assist with executing regular performance review of each employee.
2) To follow-up the performance evaluation before each probation.

Education Training and Work Qualifications
Degree in HR Qualification or related equivalent certification
Knowledge
University education major in Psychology, HR or Business Administration
Good knowledge of China Labour Law
Skills and Abilities
Fluent in English
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Computer skills: MS Office
E-HR System know-how desirable
Relevant Experience
6+ year experience in a fast-growing business as HR generalist role
