Job Description
To provide professional management consulting services to global and local clients and help them to archive business objectives. Individual long-term competences will be developed gradually based on client needs and personal capability / adaption in minimum one or more of the following focused consulting areas:
·Corporate Strategy
·Corporate IT Strategy/Planning
·Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
·Human Capital Management (HCM)
·Financial Management Service (FMS)
·Change Management
·Project/Program Management (PMO)
·Corporate Governance/ Internal Control
·Supply Chain Management (SCM)
·Market Entry
·M&A FA/BDD/FDD/Valuation
For SC Level above, solid experience in at least one of the above areas is required.

·College graduate or above
·Excellent problems-solving skill, communication skill and people skills
·Excellent presentation skills and familiar with MS office tools
·Fundamental Knowledge of Finance, Accounting and IT
·Positive attitude / high motivations to work as a professional consultant, with client oriented mindset
·Excellent Japanese in both writing and speaking, English capability is a good plus
·Willing to travel frequently
·Team work
·Willingness to work under high pressure
·Accept frequent and long-term travel
·Working experience in other consulting firms is a plus
