工作内容
Job Purpose:
Provides clerical, administrative and secretary support to Sales Director, and sales support to team to ensure an effective operation of the PC sales business
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide personal administration support for Sales Director.
• Internal administration support of sales team, e.g. reimbursement.
• Ensure smooth and effective communication between sales team and customers.
• Ensures the appropriateness of arrangement for meeting, travel, accommodation and events;
• Consolidates a variety of statistics reports regarding sales issue, involving internal and external research and liaison;
Main tasks:
• Assist with Sales Director in sales data analysing, report writing, telephone calls, correspondence, travel and meeting arrangement, activity organization, filing etc.
• Provide support for sales campaign and activities such as sales meeting, presentation, seminar and distributor meeting, etc.
