Local HR People Advisor supports general human resources activities, such as performance management, compensation and benefit, people administration, HR Programs and HR policy queries etc. The HR People Advisor will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities.

3.最少4-5年人事相关经验(最少3年以上local综合人事经验)，至少熟悉人力资源三个模块。
4.有外企工作经验优先。
5.英语听说读写流畅，有很好的客户服务意识，较强沟通能力好。
6.有管理经验者最佳；
