1、Manage the IQC, be direct contact with suppliers, local or oversea, to follow up incident, improve suppliers’ quality.
2、Prepare the incoming, process, final and outgoing inspection and test instructions in compliance with process requirement.
3、Prepare and update the control plan according to the flow chart and PFMEA for new project, handle PPAP request.
4、Implement the initial process capability study and equipment capability study, audit the product quality status periodically and accomplish the improvement.
5、Investigating and analyzing PPM’s and customer complain, be the direct contact with customer regarding quality request or claim ,creating 8D report , accomplish the improvement.
6、Follow up PPM’s and COPQ and set up actions plan for improvement. Indirect contact with Production team to improvequality level.

1、majoring in Mechanical or Engineering
2、Over 3 Years working experience on manufacturing industry
3、Good knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC.
4、Knowledge in CMM inspection.
5、Excellent communication skills, work independently and proactively.
6、Strong service minds, towards customer quality requirement and ability to work under pressure.
