IT Service desk management
 Leading support team on day to day activities and liaising with various teams to ensure the service desk operates smoothly.

IT Operational duties
 Lead the team to monitor the IT system performance to identify potential issues and resolving issues with a minimum business impact. (VMWare, IBM Tivoli).

IT projects and IT security activities support
 Lead the team to manage operating system update, security patches, virus protection updates for Servers, PC’s, Laptops and other network devices where appropriate.

1）有8年以上IT相关经验，且有3年以上管理团队经验。
2）熟练ITIL，有金融相关行业或操作过金融项目者优先。
3）英语可以作为工作语言，听说读写熟练
4）有良好的沟通、管理能力

精通以下1~2条。
1. IBM Tivoli monitoring system,
2. VMware ESXi and / or Hyper-V,
3. EMC storage and/or RecoverPoint,
4. Linux OS,
5. Networking protocols including TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP, DNS, and SNMP etc.
