Develop excellent agents
• Follow up key projects and develop cooperation relationship with key customers.
• Complete the business process ( quotation, order, collection, etc) in line with company’s regulation and requirement (sales value, gross margin, DSO, etc).
• Set up business plan and take action to complete the plan purpose
• Submit monthly sales report
• Collect competitors information in the market and feedback to sales management team
• Cooperate with company support function (technical service, support, CSD) to achieve the required result
Develop more excellent agents
• Develop Strategic procurement of Key Real Estate
• Cooperate with PC and Powder
• Cooperate with Design Institutes

• At least 3 years experience in sales
• Solid evidence in key account management or project management.
• Good team player.
• Proven performance in complicated business environment.
• Competent verbal and writing English skills.
• Computer literacy
• Experience in dealing with contracting companies is not mandatory but is a plus.
• Experience in coatings related industry is not mandatory but is a plus.
