IT projects and IT security activities support:

Qualifications:
Extensive ITIL framework experience, with a broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure, and the technologies used across Financial/Banking environment, excellent knowledge of Service Monitoring techniques and service level requirements.
Requires a BA/BS in computer science or related IT field, minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operation and /or infrastructure management

Core Skills：
Deep experience in any of the following 5 verticals or good knowledge in all of the verticals:
1. IBM Tivoli monitoring system,
2. VMware ESXi and / or Hyper-V,
3. EMC storage and/or RecoverPoint,
4. Linux OS,
5. Networking protocols including TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP, DNS, and SNMP etc.
Extensive ITIL framework experience is a must
Good staff management experience and Excellent communication skills
